Process Overview

The ValueGroove Management Process consists of four modules, as shown in the table below.  This modular design makes the process simple and flexible.

Each organization can decide which modules to use, and how intensively to use them.

The Core Groove module provides all the essential tools for setting a strategy, establishing annual goals and monthly milestones, and regularly reviewing progress to date and lessons learned.

The Weekly Groove provides more day to day structure to the execution process—for those who benefit from such structure.

The People Groove and Culture Groove modules provide additional tools in areas that challenge many small to mid-sized companies and non-profits.

We suggest that organizations start with the Core Groove, and add one or more additional modules later, at whatever pace they are comfortable with. Some companies may prefer the simplicity of just sticking with the Core Groove.
