Core Groove

The Core Groove module is the heart of the ValueGroove process. It provides the tools that allow an organization to:

Create a strategy and a roadmap for the future based on the fundamental principles of value creation.
Set annual goals for the organization and for employees, starting with the leadership team.
Allow each participating employee (or goal owner) to enter monthly milestones for each annual goal using a simple online form.
Allow goal owners to update their milestones regarding progress to date using the same form, and allow managers to review and comment on goal-owners’ progress.
Establish a monthly meeting process to review results, identify lessons learned, and adjust plans and milestones going forward based on those lessons.
